All personnel are schooled in the Smith System and receive training on an ongoing basis. Every weld made by Smith is identical, regardless of location. Tanks are built, maintained and repaired to tolerances exceeding code. In the rare instance that expectations aren’t met, Smith Tank & Steel will do whatever it takes to make it right.

- 100% tie off for all personnel
- Weekly safety meetings and daily tailgate meetings are conducted on every job site
- Daily JSA’s are completed and reviewed
- All our foremen are First Aid and CPR certified
