Complete Refurbish Maintenance Project - (3) Tanks - 212’ Diameter x 32’ tall w/ external pontoon floating roof Scope (PER TANK) – Demo floating roof; Extended Shell Height to 36’ Tall; Removed Walkway Around Tanks; Slotted Shell; Installed new liner and 500 cubic yards of clean sand; Installed new bottom; New Roof Structure; New Fixed Cone Roof; Installed new nozzles and manways. PROJECT COMPLETE: 10 WEEKS

 

Soil Remediation & Tank Maintenance - 284’ Diameter x 56’ tall w/ external pontoon floating roof Scope – Removed bottom, removed 12 inches of contaminated soil, installed claymax liner, cathodic protection system, 2600 cubic yards of clean sand, new primary & secondary shoe seal w/ foam dam, pivot master drain assembly w/ piping, pontoon mixer cutouts, removed and replaced all floating roof legs, sleeves, pontoon tops, and 2200 sq ft of floating roof deck. Entire roof was elevated 9ft and supported on crib stacks enabling us to complete this project in 9 WEEKS
